Our Approach

HillEast is focused on building strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and a genuine love for the game. We aim to create an environment where players are challenged, supported, and excited to improve.

Coach Caroline O’Neil

HillEast is led by Coach Caroline O’Neil, a two-time All-American and three-year captain at Kenyon College.

A two-time NCAC Offensive Player of the Year, Caroline helped lead Kenyon to back-to-back conference championships, NCAA Tournament appearances, and the program’s first national ranking in 2023.

Known for her leadership, energy, and competitive approach to player development, she brings high-level playing experience and a passion for growing the game to HillEast Lacrosse Club.
